Today is Saturday, it's a day I always look forward as I dont have to work :D So I gotto look for some activities to make my Saturday a fantastic one.
I woke up around 9.30am, considering an early one as I could easily sleep until noon if I want to. After a simple breakfast, I read newspaper and wrapped my face with hydrating mask. This could drag me for almost an hour. Then, I went out with mum about 11.30am.
Firstly, I went to few banks. This is an usual routine during month end. On my way to lunch, I met a lame ass bitch who was completely suck up in driving. Why would I say so? And here's the story. There were 3 lanes, I was on the first lane, and she was on the third lane, far behind me. When the traffic light turns green, I moved my car and cut into the second lane. She was behind me, who were supposed to wait until I had done, only then she could drive into the second lane. But she didnt!!!!!!!!! While I was halfway entering into the land, she just drove past me in that land with fast speed, which almost knocked down the front part (right-hand side) of my car!!!! I was fucking mad and continuously pressing the car horn. How I wish I could get down and give her a good punch in the face. If you do not know how to drive, stay at home and dont endanger other people's life.
After that, we had lunch at HK Siao Ba Wang. I think it was reasonable as I only paid RM12 for 3 cha siew bao, 2 custard bun, 2 siew bi, 1 lotus pao, 1 red bean paste pao, 1 ular peng and 1 ice lemon tea.
I wanted to buy a photo album for my Aus pic, so I went to Parkson Riverside to look for it. But sad to say, I couldnt find any that I want. Mum also could not get the jeans at MNG. So we decided to go Spring again. Finally she got her jeans in MNG, but my photo album was not in sight. We went back after buying some groceries.
At night, I had a baby full-moon party, followed by a tea session with some of my friends.

MAS Fair
Today is the first day of MAS Fair. By just clicking into the website, u would know how tempting the deal is.
Kuala Lumpur to Paris: RM1959
Kuala Lumpur to Rome: RM1828
Kuala Lumpur to London: RM2343
ALL INCLUSIVE
Well, seems like I'm advertising for MAS.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I told HY about the sales, and he asked me back...
"Why are u looking into Europe again? I thought u just went 6 months ago? And u plan to go again this year end??"
Ok, I know I just came back from Australia 2 weeks ago, and shouldnt think too much now. But, I feel so heartache to miss such a bizarre opportunity. All the tickets are simply ridiculous. I really miss the time when I walked along Champs Elysees and swam inside the largest LV boutique ever.
HY might be going to Brisbane again in December, and I suppose I'm joining him too? Kind of weird to visit the same place twice in a year.
I guess I should really stop clicking into MAS website!
Kuala Lumpur to Tokyo RM1359
Anyone interested? Heehee...
MNG Sales
After the excess baggage incident and 3 pieces of hand carry baggage during the Aus trip, I promise myself not to buy anymore clothes, at least for a while.
Today, my intention of going out was to have lunch at Sushi King, as I wanted to spend the voucher which was about to expire this month end. Somehow, MNG has sales, which was not really a good sign. Mum wanted to get a pair of jeans, so we went in. Firstly, I saw a black tube, which I wanted to buy quite some time ago. Seeing that the price was only RM15, so I grabbed it. Later, I encountered a nice blue dress for RM79. After trying it, not so bad, and I decided to bring it back. While waiting for mum to try on her jeans, I walked around in the boutique. With my sharp eyes, immediately I noticed another nice tube dress, which was holding by a lady. I was thinking, oh no, how could I miss that lovely suit??? And I found it, too good for my size, xxs, last piece, RM129. Looking into the mirror in the fitting room, and I swore that I would definitely buy it.
Happily, I brought them home, by paying RM223. Not really a healthy act I bet. Shouldnt have stepped my feet into it.
Archery Nightmare
A shocking news: Someone from my company was shot by an arrow at the archery field!
This was merely a man-made accident, and it could have been avoided if the archer listen to the instruction of the coach. From what I heard, the poor victim was playing basketball at the court next to the archery field. And the culprit, he shot the arrow to different direction when the coach was not aware. Somehow, the arrow flew towards the victim and landed at his throat!!!!! People around were too panic. Instead of calling an ambulance, they called the boss......... Ended up, the boss sent him to the hospital without the paramedic team.
He is still in ICU now, but the condition is stabilised. Hopefully he will recover soon.
Science Camp
Today was a scorching sizzling flesh-tearing hot day.
I woke up at 5.30am, extremely reluctant. After waking myself in the toilet, I went to my office and reached there by 6.10am. When all my team members had assembled, we departed to the Science Camp. It was all the way in Matang, and to avoid the traffic jam, I decided to use the toll.
We waited for about an hour after the registration process. As usual, when a Malaysian tells u that the starting time is 7.30am, please automatically be aware that the time would probably delay for half or one an hour. What more, when this function was organised by those humans who were lacking of oxygen in their brains, as the blockage was caused by a "thick external layer", get me?
During the cast slot session, I was lucky enough to get the 1st session. This was good as my team members would feel very fresh to get involved in the experiments early in the morning, rather than getting the late 2nd session. They were led to the station at 8.45am for 5 experiments, and the whole duration would be one and a half hour. As I'm only the escort, so I waited for them at a special room assigned. Nothing much to do, so I took their Science book and simply flipped through to kill my time.
They came back at 10.30am. The result will only be announced after the 2nd session has completed their task. So we visited other stations, such as the Solar cooker, Rocket Launching and Solar Car Racer, where all the other team members of ours were super busy in the midst of the competition. I dont feel good to stand under the sun at all, with all the profuse sweat, so I decided to go back to my own station after half an hour.
As I woke up too early in the morning, I started to feel very sleepy and dizzy. Unintentionally, I had fallen asleep on my chair for half an hour!! It was a nice nap anyway. Then it was time for lunch. Needless to say, the food was worst of all: fried chicken + sweet vegetarian curry + yellow ginger rice. I gotto swallow them as I was too hungry, and there was no option for other choices.
Finally, it was the prize giving ceremony, at 1.30pm. My team won the 4th place, which was a good try as this was the first year we joined the competition. After the photo taking session, we all had a mutual agreement that it was not wise to go back to the office so early :)
So........ we ended up eating rojak and ang tao peng to kill the time until 3.30pm. By the time we reached the office, it was 4pm, which was time to dismiss work!!!
Well, a fruitful day, i bet.
H1N1
H1N1.... A disease which makes me feel very speechless.
When I was on my trip to Aus, there was only 2 confirmed cases there. My dad was apparently very paranoid, and bought me 2 masks, forcing me to put it on while I was flying to Aus. Of course I wont wear it. But to be agreeable with him, I told him I would do so, very evil. Nothing special at KLIA when I left Msia, seems like the medical team was hiding somewhere as I couldnt spot them. In the flight, MAS, no one was wearing mask. And I was wondering, how many of them have just got back from US. When I reached Brisbane, all I could see was a thermo detector machine, which was about 5m away from me. Very great!
After 5 days, we were flying down to Sydney from Gold Coast. At that time, we heard that the confirmed cases of H1N1 has started to increase drastically. But we didnt know the actual number. HY was kind of worry about our stay in Sydney. When we reached there, everything seems normal. From time to time, I was very busy sterilising my hand with Dettol hand sanitiser before every meal.
4 days later, we were flying down to Melbourne. And this time, we got the number: the confirmed cases were more than 1000!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I really dont get the damn point, how come the number jumped from 2 to 1000 in just a week. Whose fault is this? The irresponsible passengers who still go on board though they were sick? The medical team who was standing 5m away from the arriving passengers? Still, everyone was very busy on their move in every part of the city.
Finally, we went back to Brisbane after a week, and I fly back to Msia from there. And guess what was happening when I reached KLIA?
1. Fill in a Health Declaration Form.
2. Walk past the Thermo Detector Machine.
3. Hand in the form to the medical officer.
4. Receive a yellow card which indicates that I have visited the infected country, and a piece of paper stating the symptoms of H1N1.
Well, no wonder the cases keep increasing everyday. The world will end soon. Human is committing suicide and they are the greatest destroyer of all.
I quarantine myself at home for a week.
I forgot my username and password~~
I was in Australia for the past 2 weeks, and after that was outstation for a week. And guess what, I forgot about my username and password just because I didnt sign in for 3 weeks!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was really nervous, as I put in many efforts in writing about my Europe trip. I just cant take it if this blog of mine was gone! And I'm so ready to write about my Aus trip.....................
Thank God, I finally recall, after trying to login for one hour, putting all sorts of possibility login names, cracking my brain thinking real hard for all the combinations...........
A lesson I've learnt: Dont depend on the computer to remember your username and password. Just bcos I sent my PC to repair and reformat, so all the passwords were gone... And I dun have a single idea about it.
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh... Now I can go to bed :)
Will definately bear in mind about my username & password.
