Bottega Veneta

I'm poisoned again... and this round is Bottega Veneta. I should really ban myself from accessing to Internet. I will start to fall in love with it when I obsessively keep my eyes on it.

So, what now? Grab it in Japan in June???

No way, I've decided to get it in Singapore! Couldn't wait until Japan.. that's too long. Sorry HY :p

Australia - Day12 *Bye-bye Aus!*

Day 12, 03 Jan 2010

This short trip has finally came to the end. I was flying alone back to Singapore again. This time, I was sitting with a China girl, who was very small in size, and basically she was sleeping all the way back in the flight. I didn't wake her up when I wanted to go to the lavatory, so I just climbed over her seat... Imagine how small she is....

Nice weather

Another memorable trip of mine!!

Australia - Day11 *Robina @ Gold Coast*

Day 11, 02 Jan 2010

Robina Town Centre is Gold Coast's premier retail and leisure destination. The shopping choices available there are such as David Jones, Big W, Target, Kmart, Coles, Woolworths Supermarkets and over 300 specialty stores. The centre is also featuring some of Australia's most iconic brands such as SABA, Carla Zampatti, CUE, Country Road, David Lawrence, Sportscraft and more.

I find this place rather interesting, as all the shopping needs are covered under one roof. Of course I wouldn't let go this final chance of shopping, and ended up buying something from Guess & Country Road.

Happy Meal @ Mc Donald's

Australia - Day10 *Queen Street*

Day 10, 01 Jan 2010

^_^ Happy New Year 2010! Amazing... Another new beginning, a brand new chapter!

We went to the Queen Street today. Surprisingly, some of the shops were open for business. Today was a very relax day as the town was very quiet. I had my tea break at Starbucks along Queen Street. A rather windy afternoon.

At night, we spent our time at Sunnybank Plaza for some games in the Fun Arcade, and thereafter a movie at AMC Cinema.

Australia - Day9 *Sunshine Coast + Southbank New Year Countdown*

Day 9, 31 Dec 09

Today was New Year Eve! We decided to visit Sunshine Coast again. First destination of the day was the Sunshine Castle situated at Bli Bli, about 10 minutes drive from Maroochydore.

Ettamogah Pub, spotted it on our way to Maroochydore

After that, we moved on to the Ginger Factory at Yandina, another 10 minutes drive from Bli Bli. It was a fun experience as we took the opportunity to witness the production of ginger, and the ginger plantation. We bought the ticket for ginger product tasting and guide tour. Before we left, we purchased a few ginger products such as Gingerbread Man, Ginger Sauce & Ginger Mayonnaise.

At night, it was the highlight of the day - Countdown for New Year at Southbank! We took the public bus there to avoid the hassle for looking for parking place. It was very crowded, but well-organised as we were all being scanned for alcoholic drinks before entering into the Southbank Region for the countdown activities. No alcoholic drinks = No Fighting!

We reached there about 10.30pm, rather early in order to choose a nice spot. Tonight, it was very windy along the river. I find it rather romantic actually :)

Supper at 2am... Or I'd rather called it a Breakfast

Australia - Day8 *Pacific Fair & Surfer's Paradise*

Day 8, 30 Dec 09

Shopping again!!! This round was to Pacific Fair at Gold Coast. It was a hot sunny day, so I bought a banana milk shake upon arrival to quench my thirst. Again, we spent half a day there. I bought a few blouse and dress.

Waiting for HY choosing his shirt

Tea Break

In the evening, we went to the Esplanade for a stroll at the seaside, which brought us a minor unexpected incident. It was suppose to be a fun activity but we never expect the wave to come ashore so high up in a sudden. We put all our belongings on the beach as we were busy snapping pics in the sea. It was quite far away from the sea actually.........

A lovely Scene before the Incident

We were now approaching the sea... Almost time for the blast!

Right after PL took a pic for me where I was jumping high up there, the wave hit the shore in just a blinking of eye. Not having enough time to rescue our stuffs, they were all socked in the seawater. One side of my sandal almost been swept away, and luckily CY caught it. The worst was my Gucci bag & the camera inside. I was damn angry as the bag were 50% wet. My camera was covered with sand & water. After settling my bag by washing it, I just realised that my camera was dead!!!!!!!!!!! I could not turn it on at all. Now I was really having a bad mood.

We went for a dinner at Ferny Avenue, but I was seriously not having a single bit of appetite. HY insisted that I should be taking my dinner in order not to starve, so I ordered a saute chicken set with rice. While waiting for the meal to be served, I took out my camera again. When I pressed the button, suddenly it came to alive!!!!!!! Yooo hooo....... :) From then on, I was enjoying my night at Gold Coast again!

After the dinner, we had a walk nearby. It was very crowded as New Year was around the corner. A lot of shops actually extended the business hour. Before going back to Brisbane, we bought some souvenirs at the Night Market along the Esplanade.

Australia - Day7 *Garden City*

Day 7, 29 Dec 09

Today is a boring day! At about noon, we sent a notebook for fixing at Harvey Norman, but not a fruitful result. Then, I had a quick lunch at Garden City food court. The maple pancake wasn't really a nice one.

Basically we spent half of a day at Garden City for shopping. I bought some chocolates and perfumes, which was quite lame as they all were the gifts for other people. Before leaving, as I really got nothing to do, so I ended up surfing net while enjoying my walnut apple giant bun.

Fancy a lottery? Turning point of your life!

At night, we had dinner at home. Then, another round of supper at the Pancake Cafe in the city. There were six of us, but couldn't finish those SWEET pancakes. HY and MC sneaked away for the pool long long ago, and left 4 of us sitting there starring at the pancakes. So finally, we had a game, and the loser for each round would have to finish a portion, until everything was finished. Guess what, I didn't even eat a bite, what a luck :)

See, they were so afraid of the pancakes and sneaked away...

tHe Spring Lucky Draw

tHe Spring Lucky Draw.

It wouldn't be so significant to me if my family member isn't one of the WINNER! ^_^ Haha... Another happy impact of March! What's the prize? Of course it's a gadget worth more than RM2,000. We were happy enough with this unexpected surprise, though it wasn't the grand prize. Once in a while, little surprises really ignite your monotone life.

Thank you tHe Spring!

Chanel Chevron Jumbo Flap - I GOT HER!

I'm halfway writing the blog about my Aussie trip in December 09. But seriously I have to interrupt my progress cos I got my little devil today!!! :)

Ever since I discovered her existence as the Spring/Summer Collection of 2010 in January, I couldn't stop thinking of her, just get too obsessed with her! I wanted to get her during my trip to Japan in June, but I know it's quite impossible as this bag is a limited release. Therefore, I ended up contacting Chanel of Kuala Lumpur. I reserved & waited for one month for her arrival.

Last Wednesday, I received the call from Chanel KL, informing me that the bag is already in the boutique. Without further delay, I bank in the money and here, thanks to WC for collecting her at KLCC. Also, thanks to my lovely mum for bringing her back today!

Again, wordless to describe my feeling for getting the 2nd Chanel of my life! Thanks HY for being the partial sponsor. I love u all for making my day such a meaningful one! ^_^

There she goes...
